Legal
Terms of Service.
Last updated: July 13, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Vebble. By using Vebble — including joining the early access list — you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use it.
We've kept them short and readable on purpose. Questions: vebbleai@gmail.com.
01Who we are
Vebble is operated by Vebble AI, a business registered in Ontario, Canada (Business Identification Number 1001674589), at 2375 The Collegeway, Mississauga, ON L5L 2E8, Canada.
In these terms, “Vebble”, “we” and “us” mean Vebble AI. “You” means you.
02What Vebble does
Vebble connects to the tools you already use — Granola, Slack, Gmail, Notion, Linear, and your calendar — and uses that context to:
- Answer questions about your business(“Ask Vebble”), and
- Produce deliverables — slides, docs, and research briefs — ahead of the deadlines it finds or you set.
Everything Vebble produces waits for your approval. It does not send, post, or publish anything on your behalf until you tell it to.
03Your account
- You must be at least 16 and able to enter a contract.
- Give us accurate information, and keep it current.
- You're responsible for everything that happens under your account. Keep your credentials safe, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has them.
- Accounts are for one person. Don't share your login.
04Connecting your tools
When you connect a source, you are authorising us to read the data in that account in order to run the service.
By connecting it, you confirm that:
- You have the right to connect that account and to let us process what's in it.
- Doing so doesn't breach your employer's policies, your contracts, or the third-party tool's own terms.
- You'll meet your own obligations to the people whose information appears in it.
You can disconnect any source at any time.
Vebble depends on services we don't control. If one of them changes, restricts, or removes access, the related features may stop working. That's not a breach of these terms, and we'll tell you if it happens.
05Who owns what
- You own your data and your deliverables. The content you connect, and the slides, docs and research Vebble makes for you, are yours.
- You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely to provide the service to you. Nothing more.
- We own Vebble — the software, models, prompts, design, brand and name. These terms give you a right to use the service, and no rights in it.
- We do not use your content to train AI models. See the Privacy Policy.
06AI output — please read this one
Vebble uses AI. AI gets things wrong.
- Deliverables and answers may contain mistakes, omissions, or confident-sounding inaccuracies.
- You must review anything Vebble produces before you rely on it, approve it, or send it. The approval step exists precisely because you are the check on the machine.
- Vebble is not a substitute for legal, financial, medical, tax, or other professional advice.
- Output is not guaranteed to be unique. Similar context may produce similar results for different users.
You are responsible for what you approve and send.
07Acceptable use
Don't:
- Use Vebble to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
- Connect accounts or data you don't have the right to access.
- Use Vebble to produce spam, harassment, malware, or deliberately deceptive content.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, resell, or copy the service.
- Try to break, overload, or get around our limits, security, or rate controls.
- Use Vebble to build a competing product.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
08Plans, billing and limits
| Plan | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Pro | $20 USD / month | Syncs your tools every 6 hours, adjustable down to a 2-hour minimum. Up to 3 tasks running at once. |
| Ultra | $42 USD / month | Syncs as often as every 5 minutes. Up to 7 tasks running at once. |
- A task means one deliverable. Anything over your limit queues and runs as slots free up.
- Prices are in US dollarsand exclude sales tax (including Canadian GST/HST), which we'll add where required.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see your card details.
- Cancel any time. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- Refunds:we don't refund partial months — except where the law requires it, or where we've clearly got something wrong. In that case, email us and we'll sort it out.
- We may change prices with 30 days' noticeby email. If you don't want the new price, cancel before it takes effect.
09Early access and beta
While Vebble is in early access:
- Features may change, break, or disappear.
- We may apply limits, and we may not preserve data between versions.
- The service is provided as-is, and §13 applies with full force.
We'll give you reasonable notice before anything drastic.
10Availability
We aim to keep Vebble running, but we don't promise uninterrupted service. We may take it down for maintenance, and we may change or retire features.
If we discontinue Vebble entirely, we'll give you 30 days' notice and time to export your work.
11Third-party services
Vebble depends on services we don't control — Granola, Slack, Google, Microsoft, Notion, Linear, Stripe, and our AI model providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We're not responsible for their acts, outages, or changes.
12Ending it
- You can delete your account at any time, from settings or by emailing us.
- Wecan suspend or close your account if you breach these terms, if the law requires it, or if we're shutting the service down.
- When it ends, your right to use Vebble ends. Export your work first. We delete data as described in the Privacy Policy.
13Disclaimers
To the fullest extent the law allows, Vebble is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind — express, implied, or statutory — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that AI output will be accurate or complete.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded — including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you're a consumer in Ontario, your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 are not affected by these terms.
14Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or lost business opportunities — even if we were warned they were possible.
- Our total liability to you, for all claims combined, is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) US$100.
This is a deliberate allocation of risk, and it reflects what we charge. If you need a higher cap, talk to us.
15Indemnity
If someone brings a claim against us because of content you connected, work you approved and sent, or your breach of these terms, you'll cover our reasonable costs and losses arising from it.
This doesn't apply to the extent the claim is caused by our own breach or negligence, and it doesn't override rights you have as a consumer.
16Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we'll email you at least 14 daysbefore it takes effect. Carrying on using Vebble after that means you accept the new terms. If you don't, cancel.
17Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction.
If you're a consumer, nothing here takes away your right to bring a claim in the courts where you live, or to rely on the mandatory consumer protections of your own country.
Before going to court, please email us. Most things are fixable in a conversation.
18Everything else
- If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
- Not enforcing a right once doesn't waive it.
- You can't transfer these terms. We can, as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business.
- These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us, and replace anything said before.
